We are looking for accomplished scientists and engineers interested in a customer-facing software consultancy role that may lead to full time placement with a customer at the conclusion of a project. The more experienced candidate will have a technical background similar to that of the Senior Developer position (listed on our Careers page). For the right person(s) with strong technical and customer-facing skills but less prior exposure to Python, C/C++, NumPy, and related, we may offer concentrated training and mentoring to fully prepare you for this role.

We are looking for accomplished scientists and engineers who best love working on real-world problems for outside customers. In this customer-facing role, you will team with an expert senior developer to increase your development skills as you iterate on customer problems. You will combine your skills in development with many of our core products and technologies to model, understand, and solve customer problems. Experience with Python and NumPy is a must.

We are looking for a highly experienced web UI developer with a deep knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and other relevant web development technologies. This position will be expected to lead and perform much of the UI development on our flagship SaaS cloud based product, Wakari. Wakari is a SPA utilizing the latest HTML5 and JavaScript technologies. Wakari is designed and intended for modern browsers only, no pre-IE10 support required.

We are looking for a motivated scientist or engineer who loves to play with large-scale data problems. The ideal candidate would be familiar with map-reduce style problems but not be defined by them. This person would have experience in a variety of technical fields but strongly characterized by an interminable curiosity for understanding the world through data. The right candidate will be responsible for promoting our products for large-scale data management and science by developing examples and demonstrations. The ideal candidate would also be able to write and speak about their experiences and insights. Experience with Python and NumPy is a must. Experience in machine learning, engineering, and/or statistical data analysis is recommended.

We are looking for an experienced, talented programmer with NumPy, Python, or other equivalent programming experience. Depending on your skills, you will work on one of our core products or technologies, including our next-generation data management products which will push Python and its vectorized enhancements such as NumPy into general use in big data analytics. Must have 4+ years Python and C/C++ development experience and 2+ years experience with NumPy or the equivalent.

Bonus skills & experience: Distributed databases, parallel computation, KDB+, Gemstone, OLAP/MDX, LLVM.
